of our credit card processor who provide secure high-encryption credit card processing.

Terms of Sale
When purchasing any membership, DVD or VHS video product sold on this site,
said purchase implies that you are at least 21 years of age and
you have the right to purchase and view adult material that is sexually explicit
in your state. Your purchase verifies that you are entitled to possess
sexually explicit materials where you live and believe such material
to be within your community standards.

The unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this copyrighted work
is illegal. Criminal copyright infringement, including infringement without
monetary gain is investigated by the FBI, and is punishable by up to 5 years
in federal prison and a fine of $250,000. We will prosecute to the fullest
extent of the law anyone caught infringing on our copyrights.

Shipping Information
All shipments are packaged discreetly and mailed
via common mail carriers. (ie: fedex, ups, usps.)

Standard orders are generally shipped within 3 days of being received during our
business hours (M-F - excluding holidays). You can expect arrival of your order
within 7 days. Please note that there is no guaranteed time delivery for common
carriers and it may occasionally take a bit longer than the usual 3-5 days for delivery.
If you have not received your order after 7 - 10 days, please write to
webmaster@blackbred.com so that we can resolve any problems with your
outstanding order.

Overnight orders are shipped the next business day, via Express Delivery
with one of our common carriers.

International orders are shipped Priority Mail International and you can expect
delivery of your order within 10 days. If your delivery time exceeds
10 days and you need confirmation of delivery, please write to

so that we can resolve any problem with your outstanding order.

Mail Orders are not shipped until your check has cleared our bank and payment
has been received. If payment is made thru a money order, your order
will be shipped within 3 days of receipt during business hours. When placing

Refund Policy
All of our DVD and VHS movies are guaranteed. Upon notification we gladly
replace any defective product within 30 days of the purchase with the same product.
Refunds are only given for merchandise that cannot be shipped. We do ship to
foreign countries and have no control over their customs. We cannot be held
responsible for confiscated shipments. We use discreet packaging and make every
effort to make sure that your shipment is delivered.
